Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead the design and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Mentor a team of Senior AI Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into advanced AI solutions.
- Ensure AI safety, ethical guidelines, and bias mitigation in all model outputs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML projects.
- Deep expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Mistral).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
