Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions (e.g., autonomous systems, climate tech)
- Present executive-level recommendations on tech investments and ecosystem partnerships
- Monitor global innovation hubs and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable impact metrics
- Build thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or solutions
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital, innovation incubators, or corporate venture arms
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, MIT Media Lab, etc.)
