Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, production-ready Generative AI and Machine Learning models.
- Lead the full lifecycle of model development, from data ingestion to MLOps deployment.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance inference in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning principles, NLP, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
