Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Neural Architectures: Spearhead the development of proprietary AI models designed to operate autonomously in complex, real-world environments by 2026.
- Scalability & Performance: Engineer systems capable of processing petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency, ensuring our platforms remain the gold standard in speed and efficiency.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision for our AI integration, anticipating industry shifts and regulatory changes before they occur.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and hardware engineers to create seamless, human-centric AI experiences.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure AI autonomy aligns with human values and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Foundational Expertise: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on advanced AI and machine learning systems.
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed, fault-tolerant systems that scale to enterprise levels.
- Innovation Mindset: A history of publishing research papers, patents, or leading open-source contributions in the AI space.
