Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Ecosystem: Design scalable, autonomous AI frameworks designed to operate seamlessly in the year 2026, integrating predictive models and adaptive learning algorithms.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps for a quantum-ready future, identifying emerging trends before they become standards.
- System Optimization: Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy infrastructure to support next-gen deep learning models and real-time data processing.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with UX designers and data scientists to create intuitive interfaces for complex AI systems.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML systems and distributed computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and lead teams in uncharted territories.
