Responsibilities

- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics to drive product differentiation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the C-suite to define technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning pipelines, ensuring high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or engineering management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI/ML models and NLP solutions.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
