Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate deep learning with next-generation quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for our AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and 2026 strategic milestones.
- Mentor & Inspire: Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research & Development: Explore cutting-edge algorithms, including transformer models and neuromorphic computing, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive initiatives to improve model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams, managing project lifecycles, and delivering high-impact products on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and innovate novel solutions under pressure.
