Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models integrated with quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists in R&D initiatives.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for the integration of next-gen hardware and software stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
