Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning research, with a proven track record in NLP or LLM development.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed training frameworks (Ray, Horovod).
- Publications: Demonstrated history of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, open-ended technical challenges with a long-term perspective.
