We are looking for a visionary Lead Architect to define the technological roadmap for our upcoming 2026 suite of products. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and design of complex, distributed systems, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate abstract requirements into concrete technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software engineering and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions without authority.
