Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end design of Project 2026’s neural and quantum computing infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for AI safety, scalability, and ethical deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate abstract concepts into deployable code.
- Lead the migration to next-generation cloud environments, ensuring zero-latency data processing.
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous system decision-making loops.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture audits to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and Large Language Model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
