Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive, long-term technical roadmap aligned with business objectives, anticipating industry shifts and technological breakthroughs.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise systems that can support next-generation workloads and complex integrations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and determine their applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, deployment, and infrastructure management to ensure high availability and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Core Competencies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and driving their successful execution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
