As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global governments to develop and prototype breakthrough solutions. Our lab operates at the intersection of quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized networks.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping 2026-era technology roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and validate speculative scenarios for future human-AI symbiosis
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Author 'State of the Future' annual reports for industry stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and speculative design methodologies
- Published author in top-tier futurist or technology journals
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, NSF)
- Fluency in at least 3 future-tech programming languages (Python, Rust, Go)
