Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to maintain foresight leadership
- Mentor senior leadership on future-oriented decision-making and exponential technology adoption
- Drive innovation pipeline development, prioritizing moonshot projects with 2026 market potential
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry shaping events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive leadership with proven impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario modeling and systems thinking abilities with portfolio of published foresight work
- Experience translating complex futures into executable business strategies for Fortune 500 organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and drive organizational change
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
