- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with quantifiable ROI targets
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess market disruption potential
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a team of innovation specialists and external technology partners
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive innovations to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy or futurism
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural partnerships
