In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will lead a team of elite engineers in creating autonomous agents and next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) that are not only powerful but ethically aligned and secure.

Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance generative AI architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model fine-tuning, distillation, and quantization to optimize inference speed and reduce latency.
- Safety & Alignment: Implement rigorous AI safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure model outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Multimodal models) to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks, natural language processing (NLP), and transformer models.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex AI systems from concept to production.
