Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for local businesses and residential clients
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of support activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Train clients on technology solutions and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Indiana driver's license for on-site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
