Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage logistics documentation, including bills of lading and shipping manifests.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular safety audits and coordinate with maintenance for equipment checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Valid Forklift Certification is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
