Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a secure workplace.
- Supervise and mentor a team of logistics associates, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless workflow and inventory handovers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
