Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Inventory: Oversee daily inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Operational Execution: Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, picking, and packing orders with 100% accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace for all team members.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by certification.
- Quality Assurance: Perform spot checks on outgoing shipments to ensure product quality and client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain) is a major plus.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
