Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during overnight shifts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize workflow efficiency and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse operations
- Proven ability to lead teams during overnight or irregular shifts
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
