Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business growth targets.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends, emerging standards, and disruptive technologies to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) programs to validate futuristic technologies before enterprise deployment.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with CTOs, vendors, and academic institutions to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for future tech adoption, ensuring compliance and responsible AI usage.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud architecture, and blockchain technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
