Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Oversee the pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for futuristic tech solutions.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI strategy, Product Management, or Technical Consulting.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends, including NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
