Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, scalable architectures aligned with 2026 technology paradigms, including quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence models and autonomous agents into core business workflows.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for code quality, security, and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct proof-of-concept experiments with emerging technologies to validate feasibility for production environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related technical fields.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or a proven track record of preparing systems for quantum integration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech stacks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
