Our night shift team plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with patience and accuracy.
- Log interactions and update customer data in our CRM system.
- Escalate critical issues to the team lead when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and typing skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
