What We Offer:

- Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday – Friday).
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift hours.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Accurately update customer accounts and maintain detailed transaction logs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery updates.
- Handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist in generating nightly reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
