Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and patience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction ratings and retention.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into the CRM system and internal databases.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
- Participate in daily shift briefings and mandatory training sessions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
