Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with web-based tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
