Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Log all interactions, resolutions, and account updates accurately into the CRM system.
- Escalate critical issues or unresolved tickets to the Day Shift leadership team promptly.
- Collaborate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery updates.
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, even during peak workload periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
