Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and product support to clients via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.

- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transfer tickets and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
