Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Resolve complex technical issues and provide accurate product information to clients.
- Log all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of ongoing cases.
- Identify and escalate process improvement opportunities to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred (night shift experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work 3rd shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
