Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and account-related problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team or supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Adhere to company policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
