Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high efficiency and empathy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our B2B clients, escalating complex cases to the senior team when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to ensure service continuity.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and project continuity.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and compliance protocols.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
