Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during the night shift.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for a variety of software and hardware issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless continuity of customer service.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when assisting frustrated customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
