Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (Hybrid option available).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
