- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction during all support calls.
Qualifications

- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
