Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight patient care activities and staff assignments
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Supervise nursing assistants and support staff during night shift
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for care continuity
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Manage medication administration and inventory control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years health care experience required
- Current RN or LPN license in Ohio
- BLS/CPR certification (must maintain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Proficient in electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to cover varying night shift schedules
