Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor patient vitals and administer prescribed medications accurately
- Document medical records with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless patient transitions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
