Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud systems, and network security during night hours
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise software and hardware issues
- Execute system backups, updates, and security patches during low-traffic periods
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for cross-team alignment
- Collaborate with global teams on incident response and proactive maintenance
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for mission-critical applications and services
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to work autonomously
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional on-site visits
