As part of our 24/7 operations, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity during the night hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and remote access.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to any critical issues.
- Manage ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Perform routine system updates and security patches during low-traffic hours.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without direct supervision.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
