- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all items meet our quality standards before shipping.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
