Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trailers safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors as trained.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work the night shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
