Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections of the facility and equipment to maintain a secure working environment.
- Manage inventory counts and stock placement with high precision and attention to detail.
- Operate and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handover of operational status and logs.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
