- Monitor and maintain operational systems during the night shift.
- Provide exceptional technical and customer support to internal teams.
- Process data entry and documentation with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct routine safety and quality inspections of facility equipment.
- Address and resolve immediate operational issues with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with day shift leadership to ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in logistics or customer service is a plus.
