Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process transactions and manage inventory checks accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
- Operate standard office and warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
