Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Execute accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Demonstrated ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
