Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and fully compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of daily operations and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation is a must (no public transit required).
