Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night shift operations to ensure production targets are met.

- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements in real-time.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
