Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily workflow of the warehouse to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff and forklift operators.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate various material handling equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
