Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly line equipment according to strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production output to ensure targets are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform routine quality control checks and document results accurately on shift logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages immediately to the Shift Lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes during the evening hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; technical training or certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Proven ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
